This is going to be a tutorial on how to make a polymer clay goat. This is a cute goat that isn't very hard to make.
Materials:
- Black polymer clay
- A colour of polymer clay for the body (I used white)
- A colour of polymer clay for the hooves and horns (I used brown)
- Tools (Optional)
- A blade
- An eye-pin (Optional)
- Glaze (Optional
Steps:
- Start by conditioning your white clay
- Roll out a ball and form it into a cylinder for the body
- Make a larger ball of white clay and slightly shape it like a triangle for the head
- Attach the two pieces together
- Make 2 ovals out of white clay and flatten them to make the ears
- Attach the ears to the head
- Make 4 small circles of white clay
- Make 4 small circles of white clay
- Attach the white and brown clay together by gently rolling them (these are the legs)
- Attach the legs to the bottom of the body (Cylinder)
- Make another 2 small circles of brown clay and white clay
- Attach these in the same way as before but make them into a tiny snake (this is the tail)
- Attach the tail to the back of the goat
- Make two triangles of brown clay and add them to the head for horns
- Add two black circles on the goat's face for the eyes
- Insert an eye-pin (Optional)
- BAKE
- Glaze if you want it to be shiny
